An established and highly respected independent Fire & Security installer is looking to recruit an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to join their growing team covering Hertfordshire, Essex and North London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware Project Manager with strong technical knowledge and a proven background delivering fire alarm and electronic security projects to a high standard.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing multiple Fire & Security projects from initial handover through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and fully compliant with the latest industry regulations and standards.
Projects will include:
- Fire Alarm Systems
- Access Control
- CCTV
- Intruder Alarms
- Integrated Security Systems
Key Responsibilities
- Full project management of Fire & Security installations
- Managing engineers, subcontractors and client relationships
- Commercial responsibility including project costs, margins and variations
- Ensuring compliance with the latest fire alarm regulations and standards
- Attending client meetings and site visits
- Managing project programmes and delivery schedules
- Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fire & Security Project Manager
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent knowledge of current Fire Alarm regulations and standards
- Experience managing projects within commercial environments
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence
