Facilities Service Operator - Cleaning trains - York

Pay:£13.48 standard and 150%. The shift pattern is similar to 4 on 4 off. Hours are 20.00 - 0400.

No prior experience required - open to anyone

needs to have good communication skills (can understand and speak basic English)

will be working in groups of 3/4

on feet majority of shift but given breaks throughout shift

Induction given on first night - Site induction, H&S, expectations

Performs basic tasks related to facility services (e.g. staff for cleaning, copy, archiving, mailroom, move, janitor, caretaker).

* Performs basic facilities services, cleaning, copy, archiving, mailroom, move, caretaker or outside such as gardening, and janitorial services.

* Completes defined and described tasks and routine related work.

* Maintains grass and vegetation, including removal of snow and debris.

* Receives general direction from supervisor.

* Uses tools and power equipment, such as mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, and liquid and powder applicators.

* Keeps equipment, indoor and outdoor industrial and office sites in clean and operating condition
